For a year, I was the technical content writer for Wingman Solutions, an IT support company based in Toronto. As their dedicated freelance writer, I crafted the entire web copy from scratch, including the About Us page and services pages.

My role extended to writing technical blogs, where I leveraged my research skills and SEO expertise to enhance the company’s online visibility. By creating engaging and informative content, I played a key role in attracting and retaining readers, ultimately boosting Wingman Solutions’ digital presence.

Working with the Wingman Solutions team was a seamless experience. We coordinated through Slack and Trello, with video meetings serving as our creative brainstorming sessions. This collaboration ensured that every project was aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
